火针点刺结合手法按摩治疗面瘫恢复期的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探究火针点刺结合手法按摩治疗面瘫恢复期的临床价值。方法选取2021年7月至2022年4月萍乡市妇幼保健院收治的45例面瘫恢复期患者作为研究对象,随机分为A组(n=22)与B组(n=23)。A组实施手法按摩治疗,B组实施火针点刺结合手法按摩治疗。比较两组面瘫恢复情况、临床疗效及恢复情况。结果治疗后,两组面瘫情况均优于治疗前,且B组优于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组治疗总有效率为95.65%,高于A组的68.18%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组恢复快占比高于A组,恢复中等占比低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论火针点刺结合手法按摩治疗面瘫恢复期患者效果显著,可改善其面瘫症状,缩短病程,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical value of fire needle acupuncture combined with manual massage in the treatment of facial paralysis recovery period.Methods 45 patients with facial paralysis recovery period admitted to Pingxiang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from July 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into the group A(n=22)and the group B(n=23).The group A was treated with manual massage,the group B was treated with fire needle acupuncture combined with manual massage.The recovery of facial paralysis,clinical efficacy and recovery condition were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the facial paralysis of the two groups was better than that before treatment,and the group B was better than the group A,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the group B was 95.65%,which was higher than 68.18%in the group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of rapid recovery in the group B was higher than that in the group A,and the proportion of moderate recovery was lower than that in group A,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of fire needle acupuncture combined with manual massage in the treatment of patients with facial paralysis recovery period is significant,which can improve the symptoms of facial paralysis and shorten the course of disease,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
