径向双端面机械密封端面热-力耦合变形研究

摘  要:针对鱼雷涡轮机径向双端面机械密封在高速、高温、高压等复杂极端工况下,内层密封发生泄漏的问题,基于热流固耦合仿真方法研究了其端面变形情况,结果表明,内、外层密封端面均产生沿半径增长方向逐渐变大的端面间隙,内层密封端面间隙大于外层,最大为0.04 mm。针对内层机械密封,比较动、静环端面单一热、力、热力耦合变形结果,并研究冷却水压力、密封端面宽度对其端面温度及变形的影响。结果表明,静环端面变形受温度影响较大,且力变形会抑制热变形,动环端面变形主要受温度影响;随冷却水压力增高,密封端面温度逐渐升高,静环端面变形略有减小,动环端面变形几乎不变;随密封端面宽度减小,端面温度逐渐升高,动环端面变形增大,最佳密封端面宽度为3.5 mm,静环端面变形随端面宽度减小而减小。For the torpedo turbine radial double-end mechanical seal in high-speed,high-temperature,high-pressure and other complex and extreme conditions of the inner seal leakage problem,based on the thermal-fluid-solid coupling simula-tion method to study the deformation of its end face.The results show that:the inner and outer sealing end face along the dir-ection of the growth of the radius of the end-face gap gradually become bigger,the inner seal end-face gap is larger than the outer,the maximum of 0.04 mm.For the inner mechanical seal,compared the rotating and static ring end face single thermal,force,thermal coupling deformation results,and studied the impact of cooling water pressure,sealing end face width on its end face temperature and deformation,the results show that:static ring end face deformation by the temperature is affected by the larger,and the force deformation will inhibit the thermal deformation,the rotating ring end face deformation is mainly affected by the temperature;cooling water pressure increases,the seal end face temperature gradually increased,the static ring end face deformation slightly reduced,the rotating ring end face deformation is almost unchanged;with the reduction of sealing endface width,the endface temperature gradually increases,the rotating ring endface deformation increases,the op-timal sealing endface width is 3.5 mm,the static ring endface deformation with the reduction of the endface width and reduce.
