摘　　要：国际化指标是衡量高水平大学的重要指标。根据国家关于来华留学生发展“提质增效”的要求,对照THE、QS、U.S.News、ARWU四大世界大学排名中的国际化指标,从提升规模和质量两方面提出具体建议:扩大招生宣传,拓展生源渠道;提升学科水平,打造教工队伍;加强科研合作,提高国际声誉;优化结构比例,注重质量标准;创新招生形式,应对国际形势。为提高国内高校的国际化指标提供理论支撑,为开展来华留学生工作提供经验启示,为助推高水平大学创建提供借鉴参考。The internationalization indicator is an important indicator of high-level universities.According to the country's requirement of “improving quality and efficiency” for the development of international students,and comparing the international indicators in the four world university rankings:THE,QS,U.S.News,and ARWU,the paper puts forward specific suggestions from two aspects of improving the scale and quality:expand enrollment publicity and expand student sources;improve subject level and build faculty team;strengthen scientific research cooperation and improve international reputation;optimize structural proportions and focus on quality standards;innovate enrollment methods and respond to the international situation.The paper is aimed to provide the oretical support for improving the internationalization of domestic universities,experience enlightenment for carrying out the work of international students in China and reference for the establishment of high-level universities.
