基于“00后”大学生群体心理画像的教育对策研究

摘　　要：以某理工院校为例,对800余名“00后”大学生群体心理画像进行描摹,分析心理健康现状、特征、影响因素等。研究发现,当前大学生心理问题的检出率较高;家庭结构、是否担任学生干部显著影响心理健康水平;心理健康与人格特征有密切关系,其中相关水平较高的前三位是神经质、外向性和严谨性。基于以上研究结果,提出相应教育对策,促进高校心理育人工作提质增效。This study takes a certain university of science and engineering as an example to describe the psychological group images of over 800 post 2000s college students,and analyzes the current status,characteristics,influencing factors,and other aspects of mental health.Research has found that the detection rate of psychological problems among current college students is relatively high.Family structure and whether they are student cadres significantly affect the level of mental health.There is a close relationship between mental health and personality traits,among which the top three with higher levels of correlation are neuroticism,extroversion,and rigor.Based on the above research results,corresponding educational strategies are proposed to promote the quality and efficiency of psychological education in universities.
