校企协同视域下煤炭类专业实习生制度的路径探索

摘　　要：实践教学是高职人才培养的重要环节,在整个人才培养周期中非常关键。基于校企协同视域,探究煤炭类专业实习的困境迫在眉睫。当前面临的主要困境有人才培养模式脱节、用人单位积极性不高和缺乏规范而完整的实习生制度等问题,这些问题的产生需要综合考虑行业背景及企业特点,因地制宜提出解决办法,探索适用于学校和企业的双主体实习生管理路径。以学校积极主动构建完善的培养目标及实践环节为主,调动企业积极高度配合,提出有效的实习生制度推进管理办法,包括:明确学校主体责任,做好顶层设计;调动企业积极性,参与实习生管理;校企互聘;建立配套的实习保障制度等。煤炭类专业的高质量发展是保障我国煤炭行业智能化进阶的重要保障,因此探索煤炭类专业实习生制度意义重大。Practice teaching is an important link in the training of higher vocational talents,which is very crucial in the whole training cycle.From the perspective of school-enterprise collaboration,it is urgent to explore the dilemma of coal professional internship.At present,the main difficulties we face include disjointed talent training mode,low enthusiasm of employers,lack of standardized and complete intern system and other problems.The generation of these problems requires comprehensive consideration of the industry background and enterprise characteristics.This paper proposes solutions according to local conditions,and explores the dual-subject intern management path suitable for schools and enterprise.Based on the school’s active construction of perfect training objectives and practical links,the paper aims to mobilize the enthusiasm of enterprises to highly cooperate,puts forward effective management measures to promote the intern system,including defining school main responsibility,doing a good job in top-level design,mobilizing the enthusiasm of enterprises and actively participating in the management of interns,carrying out university-enterprise mutual employment,establishing a supporting internship security system and other measures.High-quality development of coal majors is an important guarantee for the advancement of intelligent coal industry,so it is of great significance to explore the coal professional intern system.
