“钢结构”课程中“教赛融合”教学模式探索——以鲁东大学为例

摘  要:在新工科背景下,卓越工程师的培养更突出创新性和实践性,以满足社会人才需要。以鲁东大学为例,结合结构设计竞赛模式,对“钢结构”课程进行教学改革,对教赛融合的培养模式和评价体系进行探索,提出“三位一体”的培养模式和“六位一体”的评价体系。根据课程体系,结合结构竞赛模式,建立了三个课程案例库。通过课程教学改革,形成高起点、高利用率、受益面广的学生自主学习、实践、创新的教学模式,加强培养学生的创新能力和实践能力,构建学生自主创新的拔尖创新人才培养模式,为竞赛输出优秀人才,培养具有综合素质的卓越工程师。Under the background of emerging engineering education,cultivating outstanding engineers is more innovative and practical to meet the needs of social talents.Taking Ludong University as an example,this paper combines the structural competition mode to carry out the teaching reform of the steel structure course and explores the training mode and evaluation system,and puts forward the trinity training mode and six-in-one evaluation system.Based on the curriculum system,combined with the structural competition model,three curriculum case libraries are established.Through the teaching reform of the course,the teaching mode of independent learning,practice,and innovation of students with a high starting point,high utilization rate,and comprehensive benefit is formed,the innovation ability and practical ability of students are strengthened,and the training mode of top-notch innovative talents with independent innovation of students is constructed,to output talents for the competition and cultivate excellent engineers with comprehensive quality.
