金钩钓鱼针法治疗脑卒中后运动性失语的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察金钩钓鱼针法治疗脑卒中后运动性失语的疗效,并比较金钩钓鱼针法与常规针刺方法治疗脑卒中后运动性失语的疗效差异。方法:按随机分组方式,将纳入的103例运动性失语患者分为两组,治疗组51例,对照组52例。治疗组予金钩钓鱼针法针刺金津穴、玉液穴,对照组予常规针刺法针刺金津穴、玉液穴,每天1次,5天为1个疗程,休息1 d,共治疗3个疗程。观察两组患者干预前后在失语程度分级、语言功能评分的对比状况。结果:在总有效率指标上,对照组、治疗组分别是82.69%(43/52)、96.08%(49/51),治疗组总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经过干预,在阅读、复述与谈话方面,与对照组相比,治疗组皆显著提升,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),但在理解方面,两组未表现出显著不同,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。就提升患者波士顿诊断性失语症检查(Boston Diagnostic Aphasia Examination,BDAE)语言分级而言,治疗组比对照组更具优势(P<0.05)。结论:金钩钓鱼针法在改善脑卒中后运动性失语患者阅读、复述与谈话方面,较常规针刺疗法更具优势。Objective:To observe the effect of“golden hook fishing”acupuncture therapy on motor aphasia after stroke,and to compare the clinical observation of the“golden hook fishing”acupuncture method with the conventional acupuncture method in the treatment of motor aphasia after stroke.Methods:A total of 103 motor aphasia patients included in the study were divided into 2 groups,with 51 patients in the treatment group and 52 in the control group.The treatment group was given the“golden hook fishing”acupuncture therapy for Jinjin and Yuye(EX-HN12),while the control group was given the conventional acupuncture for Jinjin and Yuyu,once a day for 5 days,with 1 day of rest,for a total of 3 courses of treatment,so as to observe the status of the comparison between the 2 groups before and after the intervention in terms of aphasia degree grading and speech function score.Results:In the index of total effective rate,the control group and treatment group were 82.69%(43/52)and 96.08%(49/51)respectively,and the effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the treatment group showed a statistically significant difference in reading,retelling and conversation compared to the control group(P<0.05),but the two groups did not show a significant difference in comprehension,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The treatment group had an advantage over the control group in terms of improving the patient’s BDAE language classification(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of motor aphasia after stroke,the“golden hook fishing”acupuncture therapy on reading,retelling and conversation has advantages over conventional acupuncture therapy.
