摘　　要：甘油三酯葡萄糖(The triglyceride-glucose,TyG)指数作为评估胰岛素抵抗的可靠指标,近年来在心血管疾病领域也受到了广泛的关注。大量研究表明TyG指数与心血管疾病的发生、发展及预后密切相关,然而其中相关的具体机制仍不明确。本文就TyG指数在多种心血管疾病中的研究进展及潜在的不足进行阐述,以提高该指数的应用价值。The triglyceride-glucose(TyG)index,as a reliable indicator to evaluate insulin resistance,has also received extensive attention in the field of cardiovascular disease in recent years.A large number of studies have shown that TyG index is closely related to the occurrence,development and prognosis of cardiovascular diseases,but the specific mechanism of the correlation is still unclear.In this paper,the research progress and potential shortcomings of TyG index in a variety of cardiovascular diseases are described,so as to improve the application value of the index.
