摘　　要：目的旨在探析双低剂量ctu对输尿管癌的诊断效果。方法此试验选择的是2023年04月—2024年02月接收的通过手术病理检查确诊为输尿管癌患者60例,为病患在手术前实施双低剂量ctu检查,分析比较ctu图像和横断面图像,同时和手术、病理结果对比,确定诊断的结果。结果此次的60例患者中,横断面图像和横断面图像联合ctu重建图像对输尿管癌的诊断准确率分别是80%、100%,有差异(P<0.05)。结论应用双低剂量ctu联合轴位ct可以有效的提升对输尿管癌变导致的输尿管不良变化的识别,对疾病的治疗提供参考意见。Objective To explore the diagnostic effect of ctu on ureteral carcinoma.Methods In this study,60 patients diagnosed with ureteral cancer by surgical pathological examination were selected from April 2021 to October 2023.ctu examination was performed for the patients before surgery,and ctu images and cross-sectional images were analyzed and compared,and the diagnostic results were compared with the surgical and pathological results.Results Among the 60 patients,the diagnostic accuracy of cross sectional image and cross sectional image combined with ctu reconstruction image was 80%and 100%,respectively,with differences(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of ctu combined axial ct can effectively improve the identification of ureteral adverse changes caused by ureteral cancer,and provide reference for the treatment of the disease.
