双黄溃结宁灌肠方治疗轻中度大肠湿热型溃疡性结肠炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨双黄溃结宁灌肠方治疗轻中度溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的临床疗效和安全性。方法选取医院2021年1月至2023年6月收治的轻中度大肠湿热型UC患者57例,随机分为观察组(28例)和对照组(29例)。两组患者均口服美沙拉嗪,在此基础上,对照组患者加用美沙拉嗪直肠栓剂治疗,观察组患者加用双黄溃结宁保留灌肠。两组患者均连续治疗12周。结果两组患者的临床缓解率相当(92.9%比86.2%,P>0.05)。观察组患者的中医证候改善有效率及生活质量评分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。两组均未发生不良反应。结论双黄溃结宁灌肠方治疗轻中度大肠湿热型溃疡性结肠炎疗效较好,安全性较高。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Shuanghuang Kuijiening Enema Formula in the treatment of mild to moderate ulcerative colitis(UC)type.Methods Fifty-seven patients with mild to moderate UC with colon damp heat type admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group(28 cases)and the control group(29 cases).Both groups were orally treated with mesalazine.On this basis,the control group was treated with mesalazine rectal suppositories,while the observation group was treated with Kuijiening Enema Formula.Both groups were treated continuously for 12 weeks.Results The clinical remission rates in the two groups were comparable(92.9%vs.86.2%,P>0.05).The effective rate of improving traditional Chinese medicine syndromes and the quality of life score in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).No adverse reactions occurred in the two groups.Conclusion Shuanghuang Kuijiening Enema Formula has a good therapeutic effect and high safety in the treatment of mild to moderate UC type.
