摘　　要：目的探讨超声辅助下前路腰方肌阻滞用于腹腔镜妇科手术镇痛的效果。方法选取医院2021年1月至2023年10月收治的拟行腹腔镜妇科手术的患者120例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各60例。对照组采用传统的局部麻醉方法,观察组在术前进行超声引导下的前路腰方肌阻滞。结果观察组患者的术后数字疼痛强度量表评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的手术时间和住院时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论超声辅助下前路腰方肌阻滞用于腹腔镜妇科手术镇痛,可有效减轻术后疼痛,缩短手术时间和住院时间。Objective To investigate the analgesic effect of ultrasound-assisted anterior lumbar quadratus muscle block in laparoscopic gynecological surgery.Methods A total of 120 patients planned to undergo laparoscopic gynecological surgery admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to October 2023 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 60 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received traditional local anesthesia,the patients in the observation group received ultrasound-guided anterior lumbar quadratus muscleblock before surgery.Results The postoperative numerical rating scale(NRS)score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The surgery time and hospitalization time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound-assisted anterior lumbar quadratus muscleblock for laparoscopic gynecological surgery can effectively alleviate postoperative pain,shorten surgical and hospitalization time.
