摘  要:目的探讨复合营养维生素对3~6岁儿童的营养状况和发育状况的影响。方法选取张家川县疾病预防控制中心2022年1月至12月接待的3~6岁体检儿童65例,按随机数字表法分为观察组(33例)和对照组(32例)。两组儿童均予维生素A干预,观察组儿童加用复合营养维生素干预,比较两组患儿干预前后的营养不良发生情况、生长状况(身高、体质量、维生素A)和营养状况(锌、铁、钙)。结果观察组儿童干预后的消瘦、贫血、生长迟缓等不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组儿童干预后的身高、体质量和维生素A水平显著高于对照组,锌、铁、钙水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复合营养维生素可有效改善3~6岁儿童的营养状况和发育状况。Objective To investigate the effect of compound nutritional vitamins on the nutritional and developmental status of children aged 3-6 years old.Methods A total of 65 children aged 3-6 years old who underwent physical examinations in the Zhangjiachuan County Center for Disease Control and Prevention from January to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group(33 cases)and the control group(32 cases)by the random number table method.Both groups were given vitamin A intervention,on this basis the observation group was given compound nutritional vitamin intervention.The incidence of malnutrition,growth status(height,body mass,vitamin A),and nutritional status(zinc,iron,calcium)in the two groups before and after intervention were compared.Results The incidence of adverse reactions such as emaciation,anemia,and growth retardation in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group after intervention(P<0.05).After intervention,the height,body mass,and vitamin A levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,while the levels of zinc,iron,and calcium in the observation groupwere significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound nutritional vitamins can effectively improve the nutritional and developmental status of children aged 3-6 years old.
