芬太尼透皮贴剂用于晚期肝癌介入术后疼痛护理效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨芬太尼透皮贴剂在晚期肝癌介入术后患者疼痛护理中的应用效果。方法选取医院2023年1月至10月收治的行介入术的晚期肝癌患者76例,随机分为对照组和试验组,各36例。对照组患者术后予吗啡止痛及常规护理干预,试验组患者术后予芬太尼透皮贴剂止痛及疼痛护理干预。结果护理2,12 h后,两组患者的疼痛数字量表(NRS)评分均显著降低(P<0.05),且试验组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患者的健康状况调查简表(SF-36)自理能力、社会功能、睡眠质量评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患者的不良反应发生率为14.00%,显著低于对照组的47.00%(P<0.05)。结论芬太尼透皮贴剂可缓解行介入术后肝癌晚期患者的疼痛程度,提高其生活质量,且安全性良好。Objective To investigate the application effect of fentanyl transdermal patch in pain care for patients with advanced liver cancer after interventional surgery.Methods A total of 76 patients with advanced liver cancer who underwent interventional surgery in the hospital from January to October 2023 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group received postoperative morphine pain relief and routine nursing intervention,while the experimental group received postoperative fentanyl transdermal patch for pain relief and pain nursing intervention.Results After 2 h and 12 h of nursing,the pain numerical scale(NRS)scores in the two groups significantly decreased(P<0.05),and those in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The self-care ability,social function,and sleep quality scores of the SF-36 scale in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 14.00%,which was significantly lower than 47.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fentanyl transdermal patch can alleviate the pain level of late stage liver cancer patients after interventional surgery,improve their quality of life,and has good safety.
