地奥司明片联合麝香痔疮栓用于混合痔术后效果观察  

Effect of Diosmin Tablets Combined with Musk Hemorrhoid Suppository in the Postoperative Treatment of Mixed Hemorrhoids

摘　　要：目的探讨地奥司明片联合麝香痔疮栓用于混合痔患者的术后效果。方法选取医院2022年10月至2023年10月收治的行混合痔手术患者50例,根据病床号的单双数分为对照组和观察组,各25例。两组患者手术治疗结束后均给予麝香痔疮栓,连续治疗1周;观察组患者在此基础上加用地奥司明片,连续3 d。结果观察组患者的临床总有效率为96.00%,显著高于对照组的72.00%(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后第3,8天的VAS、术后出血、术后水肿评分均显著低于对照组;并发症发生率为4.00%,显著低于对照组的24.00%(P<0.05)。结论地奥司明片联合麝香痔疮栓可有效缓解混合痔患者的术后出血及水肿情况,减轻疼痛,降低术后并发症的发生率。Objective To investigate the postoperative effect of Diosmin Tablets combined with Musk Hemorrhoids Suppository in patients with mixed hemorrhoids.Methods Fifty patients who underwent mixed hemorrhoid surgery from October 2022 to October 2023 in the hospital were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group based on the odd or even number of hospital beds,with 25 cases in each group.After surgical treatment,both groups were given Musk Hemorrhoid Suppositories for one week of continuous treatment.On this basis,the observation group was given Diosmin Tablets for 3 d.Results The total clinical effective rate in the observation group was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than 72.00% in the control group(P<0.05).The VAS,postoperative bleeding,and postoperative edema scores in the observation group on the 3rd and 8th days after surgery were significantly lower than those in the control group.The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.00%,which was significantly lower than 24.00% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Diosmin Tablets combined with Musk Hemorrhoids Suppository can effectively alleviate postoperative bleeding and edema,alleviate pain,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications in patients with mixed hemorrhoids.
