银质针疗法联合中药熏蒸对颈肩腰腿痛患者疼痛程度、运动功能及血流动力学的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨颈银质针疗法联合中药熏蒸对颈肩腰腿痛患者疼痛程度、运动功能及血流动力学的影响。方法选取医院2019年10月至2021年1月收治的颈肩腰腿痛患者120例,按入院时段分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组患者予常规西医方案治疗,观察组患者予银质针联合中药熏蒸方案治疗。结果观察组总有效率为88.33%,显著高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05);观察组患者的Fugl-Meyer评估量表(FMA)、疼痛数字评定量表(NRS)评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的血流动力学指标血浆黏度、红细胞沉降率、红细胞电泳时间均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论银质针疗法联合中药熏蒸治疗颈肩腰腿痛的临床疗效良好,可改善患者的疼痛程度、运动功能及血流动力学指标。Objective To investigate the effect of neck silver needle therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on the degree of pain,motor function,and hemodynamics in patients with neck,shoulder,waist,and leg pain.Methods A total of 120 patients with neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain admitted to the hospital from October 2019 to January 2021 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the admission period,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine regimen,while the observation group was treated with silver needle combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation regimen.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 88.33%,which was significantly higher than 73.33% in the control group(P<0.05).The Fugl Meyer Assessment Scale(FMA)and Pain Number Scale(NRS)scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The hemodynamic indicators of plasma viscosity,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,and erythrocyte electrophoresis time in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Silver needle therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation has good clinical efficacy in the treatment of patients with neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain,which can improve the degree of pain,motor function,and hemodynamic indicators.
