摘　　要：目的通过建立兔人工膝关节假体金黄色葡萄球菌感染模型,观察膝关节假体感染后兔血浆降钙素原(PCT)及白细胞介素6(IL-6)水平的变化,并探讨其意义。方法取20只新西兰大白兔,随机分为实验组(A组、B组、C组)和对照组(D组),建立兔膝关节假体感染模型,术前和术后1,3,7,14 d行酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA),检测兔血浆中的PCT和IL-6水平。结果A组、B组、C组PCT水平约在术后1 d达高峰,术后3 d开始下降,术后7 d仍明显高于术前,术后14 d明显下降;IL-6水平约在术后1~3 d达高峰,术后7 d开始下降,术后14 d明显下降,与术前比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论兔膝关节假体感染血浆PCT和IL-6水平升高,可作为感染的辅助诊断指标之一。Objective To establish a rabbit artificial knee joint prosthesis infection model with Staphylococcus aureus,and to observe the changes in plasma procalcitonin(PCT)and interleukin-6(IL-6)levels in rabbits after knee joint prosthesis infection,and investigate their significance.Methods Twenty new Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into the experimental group(group A,group B,group C)and the control group(group D)to establish a rabbit knee joint prosthesis infection model.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was performed before and 1,3,7,14 d after surgery to detect the levels of PCT and IL-6 in the rabbit plasma.Results The PCT levels in groups A,B,and C reached their peak approximately 1 d after surgery,began to decrease 3 d after surgery,remained significantly higher than before 7 d after surgery,and significantly decreased 14 d after surgery.The IL-6 level reached its peak approximately 1-3 d after surgery,began to decrease 7 d after surgery,and significantly decreased 14 d after surgery,with a significant difference compared to preoperative levels(P<0.05).Conclusion The elevated levels of plasma PCT and IL-6 in rabbit knee joint prosthesis infection can serve as one of the auxiliary diagnostic indicators for infection.
