Objective To investigate the correlation of gut microbiota diversity and acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Methods A total of 96 patients admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to August 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the test group based on whether with ACS,with 48 cases in each group. The fecal samples in the two groups of patients were collected, the changes in gut microbiota and blood glucose levels between the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the those in the control group, the proportion of gut microbiota types such as Proteobacteria,Klebsiella,Roseburia,Micrococcaceae and Actinomycetales of the patients in the test group significantly improved(P<0.05).The blood sugar of the he patients in the test group significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a correlation of changes in gut microbiota and elevated blood glucose levels in ACS patients.By adjusting the relationship between gut microbiota and metabolic disorders, improving blood glucose control in ACS patients can provide treatment ideas and strategies for clinical management of ACS.
