预防接种证查验对适龄儿童国家免疫规划疫苗接种率的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨适龄儿童入学前进行预防接种证查验对疫苗接种率的影响。方法选取我国西部、中部、东部地区7所幼儿园及小学中2022年秋季入学的儿童1400名,统计儿童预防接种证查验前后的疫苗接种情况、接种证持证率及不同年龄的疫苗接种情况、漏种情况、补种情况。结果1400名儿童中,有1378名持证,总持证率高达98.43%;其中,幼儿园儿童的持证率达100%,未持证儿童均为小学学生。预防接种证查验后,小学儿童除MPV-AC2及DT疫苗外,其余疫苗接种率均大于95%。140名2岁儿童的接种率由接种证查验前的70.00%升至接种后的98.57%;335名3岁儿童由89.85%升至99.70%;110名4岁儿童由83.64%升至99.09%;343名5岁儿童由90.38%升至100%;472名不低于6岁儿童由97.46%升至99.79%。接种证查验后,疫苗补种率有所改善。结论对适龄儿童实施预防接种证查验可提升国家免疫规划接种率,能有效预防传染性疾病的侵袭,促进儿童的健康成长。Objective To investigate the impact of pre-school vaccination certificate verification on the vaccination rate of eligible children.Methods A total of 1400 children enrolled in seven kindergartens and primary schools in the western,central,and eastern regions of China in the autumn of 2022 were selected.The vaccination status,vaccination certificate holding rate,as well as vaccination status,missed vaccinations,and re-vaccinations at different age were statistically analyzed before and after the verification of children's vaccination certificates.Results Out of 1400 children,a total of 1378 were certified,with a total certification rate of 98.43%.Among them,the certification rate of kindergarten children reached 100%,and all unlicensed children are primary school students.After the verification of the vaccination certificate,the vaccination rates of primary school children were all above 95%,except for the MPV-AC2 and DT vaccines.The vaccination rate of 140 children in 2-year-old children was 70.00% before the verification of vaccination certificates increased to 98.57% after vaccination.The vaccination rate of 335 children in 3-year-old increased from 89.85% to 99.70%.The vaccination rate of 110 children in 4-year-old increased from 83.64% to 99.09%.The vaccination rate of 343 children in 5-year-old increased from 90.38% to 100%.The vaccination rate of 472 children in 6-year-old and above increased from 97.46% to 99.79%.After the verification of the vaccination certificate,the vaccination rates were improved.Conclusion Implementing vaccination certificate verification for eligible children can improve the vaccination rate of the national immunization program,effectively prevent the invasion of infectious diseases,and promote the healthy growth of children.
