医用弹力袜联合预防性护理预防下肢静脉曲张大隐静脉高位结扎剥脱术后并发症效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨医用弹力袜联合预防性护理预防下肢静脉曲张大隐静脉高位结扎剥脱术后并发症的效果。方法选取医院2023年10月至2024年4月收治的接受下肢静脉曲张大隐静脉高位结扎剥脱术治疗的患者122例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各61例。对照组采用医用弹力袜联合常规护理,观察组采用医用弹力袜联合预防性护理。比较两组患者的血液流变学指标、并发症发生率、视觉模拟(VAS)评分、临床指标及护理满意度。结果观察组患者护理后的全血黏度及血浆黏度均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),感染、皮肤瘀斑、患肢疼痛、小腿及足背肿胀等并发症发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),疼痛评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的护理方式满意度为93.44%,显著高于对照组的72.13%(P<0.05)。结论医用弹力袜联合预防性护理用于下肢静脉曲张大隐静脉高位结扎剥脱术后,有助于减少术后并发症的发生,减轻患者的疼痛程度。Objective To investigate the effect of medical elastic socks combined with preventive nursing in preventing complications after high ligation and stripping of the great saphenous vein in lower limb varicose veins.Methods A total of 122 patients admitted to the hospital from October 2023 to April 2024 who underwent high ligation and stripping of the great saphenous vein for lower limb varicose veins were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 61 cases in each group.The control group received medical elastic socks combined with routine nursing,while the observation group received medical elastic socks combined with preventive nursing.The hemorheological indicators,incidence of complications,Visual Analog Scale(VAS)scores,clinical indicators,and nursing satisfaction between two groups were compared.Results The whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after nursing(P<0.05).The incidence of complications such as infection,skin bruising,limb pain,calf and foot back swelling in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the pain score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate with nursing methods in the observation group was 93.44%,which was significantly higher than 72.13% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of medical elastic socks combined with preventive nursing for high ligation and stripping of the great saphenous vein in lower limb varicose veins can help reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and alleviate the degree of pain in patients.
