摘　　要：目的探讨复合式保温护理用于小儿复杂先天性心脏病术后康复效果。方法选取医院2021年10月至2022年9月接受手术治疗的复杂先天性心脏病患儿60例,按手术过程护理方案的不同分为观察组和对照组,各30例。围术期对照组行常规护理,观察组行复合式保温护理。结果与对照组比较,观察组患儿手术开始后30 min、60 min、90 min、手术结束时的体温更高,心率更低,平均动脉压更高(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组患儿的舒适度更高,并发症发生率更低(P<0.05)。结论复合式保温护理用于小儿复杂先天性心脏病术后康复效果良好,能稳定患儿的血流动力学指标,对其康复有积极意义。Objective To investigate the effect of composite insulation nursing on postoperative rehabilitation of complex congenital heart disease in children.Methods A total of sixty children with complex congenital heart disease who underwent surgical treatment in the hospital from October 2021 to September 2022 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to different nursing plans during the surgical process,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine care during the perioperative period,while the observation group received composite insulation care.Results Compared with those in the control group,the observation group had higher body temperature,lower heart rate,and higher mean arterial pressure at 30 min,60 min,90 min after the start of surgery and at the end of surgery(P<0.05).Compared with those in the control group,the observation group had higher comfort levels and lower incidence of complications(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of composite thermal insulation nursing used for pediatric rehabilitation postoperative rehabilitation of congenital heart disease is good,which can stabilize the hemodynamic indicators of the patient and has a positive significance for their recovery.
