密闭式吸痰护理联合呼吸道综合护理用于新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨密闭式吸痰护理联合呼吸道综合护理在新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征患儿中的应用效果。方法选取医院2019年5月至2020年5月收治的新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征患儿156例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各78例。两组患儿均予密闭式吸痰护理,对照组患儿在此基础上加用常规护理,观察组患儿在对照组基础上加用呼吸道综合护理。结果观察组患儿的总有效率为97.44%,显著高于对照组的88.46%(P<0.05);观察组患儿的护理总依从率为96.15%,显著高于对照组的85.90%(P<0.05);观察组患儿的并发症发生率为2.56%,显著低于对照组的10.26%(P<0.05)。结论密闭式吸痰护理联合呼吸道综合护理用于新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征患儿的效果良好,可提升患儿的护理依从性,减少并发症。Objective To invesitigate the application effect of closed sputum suction nursing combined with comprehensive respiratory care in neonates with respiratory distress syndrome.Methods A total of 156 children with neonatal respiratory distress syndrome admitted to the hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 78 cases in each group.Both groups received closed sputum suction nursing,while the control group received routine care,on this basis,the observation group received comprehensive respiratory care.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 97.44%,which was significantly higher than 88.46%in the control group(P<0.05).The total compliance rate of nursing in the observation group was 96.15%,which was significantly higher than 85.90% in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.56%,whch was significantly lower than 10.26% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of closed sputum suction nursing and comprehensive respiratory nursing is effective for newborns with respiratory distress syndrome,which can improve their nursing compliance and reduce complications.
