摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理用于行胺碘酮治疗老年冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)心律不齐患者的价值。方法选取医院2020年6月至2023年6月收治的老年冠心病心律不齐患者80例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。在胺碘酮治疗基础上,对照组行常规护理,观察组行优质护理。结果护理后,观察组患者的心率、收缩压、舒张压均明显低于对照组,生理、心理、社会关系、环境4个维度生活质量评分明显高于对照组,总满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论老年冠心病心律不齐患者接受胺碘酮治疗期间对其开展优质护理,可更好地改善其心率与血压水平,提高生活质量及满意度。Objective To invesitigate the value of high quality care in amiodarone treatment of arrhythmia in elderly patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CHD).Methods A total of eighty elderly patients of arrhythmia with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease admitted to the hospital from June 2020 to June 2023 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group,On the basis of amiodarone treatment,the control group received routine care,while the observation group received high quality care.Results After care,the heart rate,systolic blood pressure,and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group.The quality of life scores in the four dimensions of physiology,psychology,social relations,and environment were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the overall satisfaction was in the observation group significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Providing high-quality care to elderly patients of arrhythmia with coronary heart disease during treatment with amiodarone can better improve their heart rate and blood pressure levels,improve their quality of life and satisfaction.
