基于和谐护理理论的护理改善鼻咽癌放射治疗患者希望水平和家庭弹性的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨基于和谐护理理论的护理对鼻咽癌放射治疗(简称放疗)患者希望水平和家庭弹性的改善效果。方法选取医院2021年8月至2022年8月收治的鼻咽癌放疗患者68例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各34例。对照组患者予常规护理,研究组患者予基于和谐护理理论的护理。结果护理后,两组患者的希望水平和家庭弹性评分均显著升高(P<0.05),且研究组均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者的癌症治疗功能评价系统量表生理健康、情绪稳定状态、功能健全状态、社会/家庭健康状况、头颈肿瘤附加关注事项评分均显著升高(P<0.05),且研究组均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于和谐护理理论的护理用于鼻咽癌放疗患者的效果良好,有助于改善患者的希望水平和家庭弹性,提高生活质量。Objective To investigate the application effect of nursing based on harmonious nursing theory on the improvement of hope level of patients undergoing radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal cancer and family resilience.Methods A total of 68 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma treated with radiotherapy from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given conventional nursing,and the patients in the study group were given nursing based on theory of harmonious nursing.Results After the nursing,the hope level and family resilience scores in both groups significantly increased(P<0.05),and those in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the scores of physiological health,emotional stability,functional soundness,social/family health,and head and neck tumors'additional concerns of the Cancer Therapy Functional Evaluation System Scale in both groups significantly increased(P<0.05),and those in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing based on theory of harmonious nursing used in patients undergoing radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal cancer is effective,which can help to improve the hope level and family resilience of the patients,and improve the quality of life.
