延续性护理对下肢静脉曲张术后出院患者康复效果的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨延续性护理对下肢静脉曲张术后出院患者康复效果的影响。方法选取2022年1月至2023年6月在医院行手术的下肢静脉曲张患者70例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各35例。两组均予常规护理,观察组增加延续性护理。结果观察组出院后7 d患肢视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分明显低于对照组,下床活动时间、伤口愈合时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);出院随访3个月内,观察组皮肤红肿、皮下出血、下肢深静脉血栓等不良反应总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论延续性护理可加速下肢静脉曲张术后出院患者的康复,且不良反应发生率更低。Objective To investigate the effect of continuous care on the rehabilitation effect of patients discharged from the hospital after lower extremity varicose vein surgery.Methods A total of 70 patients underwent lower extremity varicose vein surgery in the hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine nursing,on this basis,the observation group was given continuous care.Results The visual analog scale(VAS)score of the affected limb in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group 7 d after discharge,and the activity time leaving bed and wound healing time was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);the total incidence of adverse reactions such as skin erythema,subcutaneous hemorrhage and deep vein thrombosis in the lower extremity in three months of follow-up period in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous care can accelerate the recovery of patients discharged from the hospital after lower extremity varicose vein surgery,and the incidence of adverse reactions is lower.
