针对性护理干预用于异常妊娠产妇护理效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨针对性护理在异常妊娠产妇护理中的应用效果。方法选取医院2022年3月至2023年3月收治的异常妊娠产妇98例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各49例。对照组患者实施传统护理,试验组实施针对性护理。结果试验组产妇分娩中及产后2 h、24 h出血量均明显小于对照组,住院时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05);试验组产妇护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理干预应用于异常妊娠产妇护理,可降低产后出血量,提升护理满意度。Objective To investigate the application effect of targeted-care in the maternal care of abnormal pregnancy.Methods A total of 98 women with abnormal pregnancies admitted to the hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected and divided into the control group and the test group by the random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.Traditional nursing was implemented in the control group and targeted nursing was implemented in the test group.Results The bleeding volume during and after 2 h and 24 h of delivery and hospitalization time in the test group were significantly less than those in the control group(P<0.05);the satisfaction rate in the test group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing interventions applied to the care of women with abnormal pregnancy can reduce postpartum hemorrhage,improve the quality of life and prognosis.
