摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理干预用于尿毒症患者血液透析的效果。方法选取医院2022年1月至12月收治的尿毒症血液透析患者113例,随机分为对照组(56例)和观察组(57例)。对照组患者予常规护理,观察组患者予综合护理干预。结果观察组手术并发症发生率为3.51%,显著低于对照组的14.29%(P<0.05)。观察组护理后尿素氮(BUN)、血清肌酐(SCr)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理后汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),生活质量评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预用于尿毒症血液透析,能降低患者的并发症发生率,改善肾功能,控制炎性指标,缓解不良情绪,提高生活质量。Objective To invesitigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on hemodialysis in patients with uremia.Methods A total of 113 uremia patients with hemodialysis admitted to the hospital from January to December 2022 were randomly divided into the control group(56 cases)and the observation group(57 cases).The control group received routine care,while the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention.Results The incidence of surgical complications in the observation group was 3.51%,which was significantly lower than 14.29%in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the levels of urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(SCr),interleukin-6(IL-6),and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The Hamilton Anxiety(HAMA)scale and Hamilton Depression(HAMD)scale scores in the observation group after nursing were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the quality of life score in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention used for uremia patients with hemodialysis can reduce the incidence of complications,improve renal function,control inflammatory indicators,alleviate negative emotions,and improve the quality of life of patients.
