摘　　要：目的探讨图片式健康教育联合循序渐进法应用于糖尿病的护理效果。方法选取医院2020年7月至2023年2月收治的糖尿病患者76例,根据护理方法的不同分为对照组(36例)和观察组(40例)。对照组患者行基础护理服务,观察组患者在对照组基础上增加图片式健康教育联合循序渐进法护理,比较两组患者干预后的血糖水平、健康知识掌握达标率、自我管理能力提升程度和生活质量。结果观察组患者在空腹和进食后2 h的血糖水平均较对照组恢复更佳(P<0.05);健康知识掌握达标率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);与干预前比较,两组患者干预后的自我管理行为量表评分均显著提高(P<0.05),且观察组患者显著高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组患者的生活质量均显著提高(P<0.05),且观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论图片式健康教育联合循序渐进法护理应用于糖尿病患者,能促进其血糖控制,提高自我管理能力和生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of picture-based health education combined with step-by-step method in the nursing of diabetes.Methods A total of 76 patients with diabetes admitted to the hospital from July 2020 to February 2023 were selected and divided into the control group(36 cases)and the observation group(40 cases)according to different nursing methods.The control group received basic nursing services,on this basis,the observation group received picture-based health education combined with progressive nursing care on the basis of the control group.The blood glucose control level,health knowledge mastery rate,self-management ability improvement,and quality of life in the two groups after intervention were compared.Results The levels of fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The compliance rate of mastering health knowledge in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with those before intervention,the self-management behavior scale scores after nursing in the two groups significantly improved(P<0.05),and those in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the quality of life in the two groups significantly improved,and that in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of picture-based health education combined with step-by-step nursing in diabetes patients can promote the control of blood sugar in diabetes patients,and improve the self-management ability and quality of life of diabetes patients.
