摘　　要：中国式法治现代化作为中国式现代化的重要维度,既具有世界各国法治现代化的共同特征,又具有中国模式的独特性,是人类法治文明的一种新形态。构成中国特色、中国风格、中国样式的显著特征是坚持中国特色社会主义法治道路,正是这一特征决定了中国式法治现代化与西方式法治现代化的不同。中国式法治现代化的主要标志是建成社会主义法治国家、法治政府、法治社会,集中统一权威高效的中国特色国家监察体制以及党和国家二元并存的合宪性审查制度。中国式现代化的实现离不开法治的现代化,没有法治这一方法作保障,中国式现代化就难以实现。全面依法治国是中国式现代化实现的总方法,具体需要遵循两种法治方法:一是在法治轨道上全面建设社会主义现代化国家;二是全面推进国家各方面工作的法治化。As an important dimension of Chinese modernization,the modernization of Chinese rule of law not only has the common characteristics of the modernization of the rule of law of all countries in the world,but also has the uniqueness of the"Chinese mode",which constitutes the modernization of the rule of law of Chinese and becomes a new form of human rule of law civilization.The prominent feature of Chinese characteristics,Chinese style and Chinese style is to adhere to the socialist path of rule of law with Chinese characteristics.It is this feature that determines the essential characteristics of the modernization of Chinese rule of law and the modernization of Western rule of law.The main symbols of the modernization of Chinese rule of law are the establishment of a socialist country ruled by law,a government ruled by law,a centralized,unified,authoritative and efficient national supervision system with Chinese characteristics,and a constitutionality review system in which both the party and the state coexist.The realization of Chinese-style modernization is accompanied by the realization of the modernization of the rule of law.Without the guarantee of the rule of law,the realization of Chinese-style modernization is difficult.Therefore,the rule of law in an all-round way is the general methodology for the realization of Chinese modernization.On this basis,we need to follow two methods of the rule of law:one is to comprehensively build a modern socialist country on the track of the rule of law;Second,we will comprehensively promote the rule of law in all aspects of the country's work.
