摘　　要：西藏高原平均海拔4000 m以上,高原缺氧环境对西藏人民的身体健康造成了严重的伤害。为了改善西藏人居环境,提高西藏人民的健康生活水平,西藏自治区政府正在大力发展制供氧产业,实施供氧工程。目前西藏的民用制氧主要采用变压吸附(PSA)制氧和从内地购买液氧。PSA制氧由于西藏的高海拔、低气压致使设备运行故障率高,能效低,成本高。液氧由于高昂的运费致使成本也很高。西藏具有丰富的太阳能资源,采用太阳能光伏发电电解水制取氧气,不受高原低气压影响,同时可以制取氢气,这样就可以把氧气的制备和太阳能资源的开发利用、氢能源的发展紧密联系起来,既将西藏的资源优势转化为发展优势,同时又能满足西藏人民用氧需求,符合国家政策导向,是适合西藏发展的绿色能源经济,是促进西藏经济社会高质量发展的机遇及很好的途径。The average altitude of Xizang Plateau is more than 4000 meters,and the plateau hypoxia environment has caused serious harm to the health of people in Xizang.In order to improve the living environment in Xizang and the healthy living standards of people in Xizang,the government of Xizang Autonomous Region is vigorously developing the oxygen production and supply industry and implementing oxygen supply projects.At present,civil oxygen production in Xizang mainly uses pressure swing adsorption(PSA)oxygen production and purchases liquid oxygen from areas outside the Xizang Autonomous Region.PSA oxygen production has high failure rate,low energy efficiency and high cost due to high altitude and low pressure in Xizang,and liquid oxygen has high cost due to high freight.Xizang is rich in solar energy resources.The use of solar photovoltaic power generation to electrolyze water to produce oxygen is not affected by low pressure in plateau.At the same time,it can produce hydrogen,so that the preparation of oxygen can be closely linked with the development and utilization of solar energy resources and the development of hydrogen energy.That is,Xizang's resource advantages can be transformed into development advantages,while meeting the oxygen demand of people in Xizang,which is in line with national policy guidance.It is a green energy economy suitable for the development of Xizang,and an opportunity and a good way to promote high⁃quality development of Xizang’s economy and society.
