摘　　要：医院建筑是大型公共建筑类别中最为复杂的建筑之一,而其中的洁净手术部则是医院建筑中涉及专业最多,最能体现综合建筑水平和项目管理水平、医疗综合能力的专项工程。基于BIM技术应用,从项目管理角度以某三甲医院洁净手术部的建设为例,实践总结了复杂洁净手术部需求、设计、施工的联动机制。The hospital building is one of the most complex buildings in the category of large public buildings,and the clean operation department is the most specialized project in the hospital building,which can best reflect the comprehensive construction level,project management level,and comprehensive medical ability.Based on the application of BIM technology,taking the construction of clean operation department in a top three hospital as an example from the perspective of project management,the linkage mechanism of demand,design and construction of complex clean operation department is summarized in practice.
