摘 要:目的:液态空温汽化器转变为气态的过程中会大量吸收热量,为避免汽化器表面结冰时液态氧气化速率的不利影响,特研制出一种智能型除霜装置。方法:利用医院液氧站值班室的空调为空温汽化器除霜、抑制冰霜生成,通过反复循环制冷和加热的方式,将汽化器表面的霜冰层融化,并将水排出,保证最不利工况下汽化器的全天候正常运行。结果:只要肋片出口端外表面结霜厚度达到7 mm以上,汽化器出口温度就不能保证。若环境温度控制在10℃,即可解决空温汽化器全天候运行的结霜问题。结论:利用液氧站值班室的空调为空温汽化器除霜、抑制冰霜生成是可行的,是解决已投入使用的液氧站空温汽化器冬季结霜、冰比较严重的有效办法。Objective:The liquid oxygen air⁃temperature vaporizer will absorb a lot of heat in the process of turning into gas.In order to avoid the adverse effect on the gasification rate of liquid oxygen when the surface of the vaporizer is iced,an intelligent defrost device is developed.Methods:The air conditioner in the duty room of the hospital liquid oxygen station was used to defrost the air⁃temperature vaporizer and inhibit ice and frost formation.By repeatedly circulating cooling and heating,the frost and ice layer on the surface of the carburetor was melted and the water was discharged to ensure the normal operation of the vaporizer under the most unfavorable working conditions around the clock.Results:As long as the frost thickness on the outer surface of the rib outlet reached more than 7 mm,the outlet temperature of the vaporizer cannot be guaran⁃teed.Controlling the ambient temperature at 10℃can solve the problem of frost formation during all⁃weather operation of the air⁃temperature vaporizer.Conclusion:It is feasible to use air conditioner in the duty room of the liquid oxygen station to defrost the air⁃temperature vaporizer and suppress ice or frost formation,which is an effective solution to the serious frost and ice formation in winter in the air⁃temperature vaporizer of the liquid oxygen station that has been put into use.
