基于口岸优势的滇缅农业合作潜力及实践路径研究

摘　　要：云南毗邻缅甸,边境线长达数千公里,沿线口岸林立,地理位置十分优越;缅甸作为农业大国,农业资源丰富。云南省作为中国面向南亚、东南亚的辐射中心,现代农业科技方面经验丰富,与缅甸在农业合作领域存在广泛的合作空间。该文从口岸优势的角度出发,分析滇缅农业资源和边境口岸发展现状,挖掘滇缅农业合作潜力。并在此基础上,提出加强农业科技合作、优化农产品贸易结构、完善农业产业链等具体合作路径,为滇缅农业合作向深层次和宽领域不断发展提供理论支撑。Yunnan is adjacent to Myanmar,so their border is thousands of kilometers long,there are many ports along the line,and the geographical position is very superior.Myanmar,as a large agricultural country,is rich in agricultural resources.Yunnan Province,as China's radiation center facing South and Southeast Asia,has rich experience in modern agricultural science and technology,and has extensive space for cooperation with Myanmar in the field of agricultural cooperation.From the point of view of port advantages,this paper analyzes the current situation of Yunnan-Burma agricultural resources and border port development,and excavates the potential of Yunnan-Myanmar agricultural cooperation.On this basis,specific cooperation paths such as strengthening agricultural scientific and technological cooperation,optimizing agricultural trade structure and perfecting agricultural industrial chain are put forward to provide theoretical support for the development of Yunnan-Burma agricultural cooperation to a deep level and wide field.
