摘 要:该文围绕乡村振兴这一国家战略,深入探讨江苏省农村新型职业教育的发展现状及其融合模式。通过评估现行教育模式的成效,指出当前存在的问题和改进空间。此外,该文还创新性地提出农职教育融合的新模式,分析影响融合发展的内外因素,并对政策环境与实施成效进行深入剖析。研究结果突显教育融合对乡村振兴的重要支撑作用,并提出具体的政策建议,旨在为相关决策提供科学依据,推动职业教育与乡村振兴的深度融合。Centering on the national strategy of rural revitalization,this paper deeply discusses the present situation and integration mode of the new rural vocational education in Jiangsu Province.By evaluating the effectiveness of the current education model,this paper points out the current problems and room for improvement.In addition,this paper creatively puts forward a new model of the integration of agricultural vocational education,analyzes the internal and external factors that affect the development of integration,and makes an in-depth analysis of the policy environment and implementation results.The research results highlight the important supporting role of educational integration in rural revitalization,and put forward specific policy recommendations,in order to provide a scientific basis for relevant decisions and promote the deep integration of vocational education and rural revitalization.
