摘　　要：某项目中的换热器为新型挠性管板列管式换热器,该换热器采用挠性管板结构,换热管为大直径厚壁管。本文介绍了该换热器的结构特点、制造难点,并提出了相应的工艺措施,完成了产品制造,为同类产品积累了制造经验。The heat exchanger is a new type of tubular heat exchanger with flexible tube.The heat exchanger adopts a flexible tube construction,and the heat exchange tube is a large diameter and thick wall heat exchange tube.This article introduces the structural characteristics and manufacturing difficulties of the heat exchanger,and proposes corresponding process measures to complete the product manufacturing,accumulating manufacturing experience for similar products.
