老年2型糖尿病合并轻度认知功能障碍患者社区干预研究

摘　　要：目的:研究老年2型糖尿病合并轻度认知功能障碍患者社区干预效果。方法:选取2022年7月~9月上海市杨浦区定海社区卫生服务中心老年2型糖尿病合并轻度认知功能障碍患者96例为研究对象,随机分为对照组与研究组各48例。对照组予以常规社区干预,研究组在此基础上予以专项社区干预。观察两组患者干预前、干预后的血糖指标、血脂指标、认知功能。结果:干预后,两组患者的空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平均降低(P<0.05),且研究组的FBG、HbA1c水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组患者的总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、三酰甘油(TG)水平均降低(P<0.05),且研究组的TC、LDL-C、TG水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组患者的蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评分均升高(P<0.05),且研究组的MoCA评分高于对照组差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:专项社区干预应用于老年2型糖尿病合并轻度认知功能障碍患者,可控制患者血糖水平,纠正血脂紊乱,改善患者认知功能。Objective To study the effect of community intervention in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and mild cognitive dysfunction.Method 96 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and mild cognitive dysfunction admitted to our hospital from July 2022 to September 2022 were selected as research subjects,and they were divided into control group(48 cases)and study group(48 cases)randomly.The control group received routine community interventions.On this basis,the study group provided special community interventions.Blood glucose indexes,blood lipid indexes,and cognitive function before and after intervention were observed in the two groups.Results After the intervention,the levels of FBG,HbA1c,TC,LDL-C,and TG in both groups decreased(P<0.05),and the above indexes in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,MoCA scores were elevated in both groups(P<0.05),and MoCA scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Special community intervention is applied to elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and mild cognitive dysfunction,which can control blood glucose level,correct blood lipid disorders,and improve cognitive function.
