社区糖尿病患者对科普系列短视频的满意度与传播意愿分析

摘　　要：目的:分析社区糖尿病患者对短视频的满意度与传播意愿,为提升糖尿病患者的相关知识掌握与自我健康管理能力提供参考。方法:于2023年3—10月采用单纯随机抽样方法选取上海市奉贤区西渡街道社区卫生服务中心的600名糖尿病患者作为调查对象开展问卷调查,问卷内容包括一般资料、短视频观看情况、短视频满意度与传播意愿、糖尿病知识水平测试题与糖尿病自我管理能力评估表。结果:195名(33.9%)糖尿病患者表示看过1~4集短视频,195名(33.9%)表示看过5~9集短视频,185名(32.2%)表示看过全部10集短视频。二元Logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄(≥51岁)、学历、病程(≥16年)、糖化血红蛋白水平(≥9.1%)、对饮食方面科普内容感兴趣、糖尿病知识水平、糖尿病自我管理能力是对糖尿病患者短视频满意度与传播意愿具有统计学意义的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:“许阿姨的降糖之路”短视频在西渡社区糖尿病患者中具有较好的满意度与传播效果,患者能够通过观看短视频进一步提升自身相关知识掌握水平与自我健康管理能力。Objective:To analyze the satisfaction and dissemination willingness of community diabetic patients to short videos,and to provide a reference for improving the relevant knowledge and self-health management ability of diabetic patients.Methods:Six hundred diabetic patients in Xidu Community Health Service Center of Fengxian District,Shanghai were selected by simple random sampling method from March to October 2023 to carry out a questionnaire survey,and the contents included general information,short-video viewing,short-video satisfaction and dissemination willingness,diabetic knowledge test questions and diabetic self-management ability assessment form.Results:195(33.9%)diabetic patients indicated that they had watched 1-4 episodes of short videos,195(33.9%)indicated that they had watched 5-9 episodes of short videos,and 185(32.2%)indicated that they had watched all 10 episodes of short videos.The results of binary logistic regression analysis showed that age(≥51 years old),education,disease duration(≥16 years),glycosylated hemoglobin level(≥9.1%),interest in scientific content on diet,diabetes knowledge,and diabetes self-management ability were the statistically significant influencing factors on diabetes patient’s satisfaction and willingness to disseminate the short videos(P<0.05).Conclusion:“Auntie Xu’s Road to Lowering Glycemia”video has a better satisfaction and dissemination effect among diabetic patients in the Xidu Community,and the patients can further improve their knowledge and self-health management ability through watching the video.
