摘 要:天宫空间站舱外布置了大量电子设备用来实现通信、控制、供配电、热控等功能,这些舱外电子设备的维修性设计成为保障空间站长期在轨运营的必要手段。为解决空间站舱外电子设备在轨维修难度大的问题,通过对出舱维修难点进行分析,提出了舱外电子设备的通用维修性设计方法,并以空间站舱外电子设备为例,对其机械设计、电气设计、总装布局等方面的维修性设计方法进行研究,并通过地面试验验证了维修性设计方法的合理性与正确性。A large number of electronic equipment is equipped outside the China Space Station to a-chieve communication,control,power supply and distribution,thermal control and other functions.The maintainability design of these electric equipment becomes an essential method to ensure the long-term on-orbit operation of the space station.Aiming at the difficulties of extravehicular mainte-nance,the extravehicular general maintainability design method of the electronic equipment was put forward.Taking the extravehicular electronic device as an example,the mechanical design,electri-cal design,assembly layout design and other aspects of the maintenance design and maintenance verification were introduced in detail.In addition the accuracy and feasibility of the general design method were verified through a series of maintenance verification tests.
