丹栀逍遥片联合甲硝唑阴道凝胶治疗细菌性阴道病的临床疗效及安全性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨丹栀逍遥片联合甲硝唑阴道凝胶治疗细菌性阴道病(BV)的效果。方法:选择2021年7月—2023年4月收治的BV患者152例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组76例。对照组使用甲硝唑阴道凝胶治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以丹栀逍遥片治疗,两组均持续治疗7 d,随访3个月。比较两组中医症候积分、临床疗效、炎症因子水平[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)和肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)]、阴道微生态[纽根氏涂片法(Nugent评分)]、不良反应(外阴瘙痒、外阴灼烧感、皮肤刺激、食欲不振、口干等)发生率和复发率。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组中医症候积分和IL-6,IL-8,TNF-α及Nugent评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后第1个月、第2个月、第3个月的复发率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:丹栀逍遥片联合甲硝唑阴道凝胶治疗BV能有效改善阴道微生态,降低炎症因子水平,增强临床疗效,减少疾病复发,且用药安全性高。Objective:To explore the specific effect of danzhi xiaoyao tablet combined with metronidazole vaginal gel in the treatment of bacterial vaginosis(BV).Methods:All 152 BV patients admitted to hospital from July 2021 to April 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 76 patients in each group.The control group was treated with metronidazole vaginal gel,and the study group was treated with danzhi xiaoyao tablets while using metronidazole vaginal gel.Both groups were treated continuously for 7 days and followed up for 3 months.The traditional chinese medicine syndrome points,clinical efficacy(recovery,effectiveness,and ineffectiveness),levels of inflammatory factors[interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8),and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)],the incidence and recurrence rate of vaginal microbiota(Nugent score),adverse reactions(itching,burning sensation,skin irritation,loss of appetite,dry mouth,etc.)were compared between two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the TCM syndrome score and the scores of IL-6,IL-8,TNF-αand Nugent in the observation group were lower than those before treatment and those in observation group were lower than those in the control group,there was significient difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group at the first month,the second month and the third month after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Danzhi xiaoyao tablet combined with metronidazole vaginal gel in the treatment of BV can effectively improve vaginal microecology,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,enhance clinical efficacy,reduce disease recurrence,and have high drug safety.
