摘 要:目的:分析院前急救护理人员职业倦怠现状及其相关影响因素。方法:随机抽取2021年3月—2023年3月南昌市的106例院前急救护理人员为研究对象,采用修订的职业倦怠量表评估护理人员职业倦怠现状,并比较不同特征的院前急救护理人员的职业倦怠水平,找出相关影响因素。结果:106例院前急救护理人员的职业倦怠评分为(81.25±6.46)分;不同体征(每周平均工作时间、每月值夜班次数、心理资本、职业使命感)的院前急救护理人员职业倦怠评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经多元线性回归分析结果显示,每周平均工作时间长、每月值夜班次数多、心理资本水平低、职业使命感低是影响院前急救护理人员职业倦怠的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:院前急救护理人员职业倦怠处于中等水平,每周平均工作时间长、每月值夜班次数多、心理资本水平低、职业使命感低是导致职业倦怠加重的因素。Objective:To analyze the status quo of job burnout among pre-hospital emergency nurses and its related influencing factors.Methods:All 106 cases of pre-hospital emergency nurses from March 2021 to March 2023 were randomly selected as the investigation objects of this study.The revised burnout scale was used to evaluate the burnout status of nurses,and the burnout level of pre-hospital emergency nurses with different characteristics was compared to find out the relevant influencing factors.Results:The burnout score of 106 pre-hospital emergency nurses was(81.25±6.46).The different working hours per week,number of shifts per month,self-care capital and career sense of mission of pre-hospital first aid nurses with were compared,there was significient difference(P<0.05).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that long average working hours per week,more night shift times per month,low level of psychological capital and low sense of vocation were the factors affecting job burnout of pre-hospital emergency nursing staff(P<0.05).Conclusion:The job burnout of pre-hospital emergency nursing staff is at the middle level,and the average long working hours of nursing staff,the number of monthly night shifts,low psychological capital level and low sense of professional mission are the factors that lead to the aggravation of job burnout.
