摘 要:为合理地对换流站直流作业进行风险评估,需构建科学的风险评估体系。首先,通过评价直流作业的高空坠落、机械伤害、触电、物体打击、火灾爆燃5大风险,聚焦人身伤害风险,利用基于组合数的OWA算子去除极端值的影响;其次,应用作业条件危险性评价法,以构建风险评估体系;最后,结合实际工作进行分析,确认风险评价的结果与现场实际情况相符,验证了该方法应用于换流站直流作业风险评估的可行性。To conduct a reasonable risk assessment of DC operations in converter stations,a scientific risk assessment system needs to be established.Firstly,by evaluating the five major risks of high-altitude falling,mechanical injury,electric shock,object impact,and fire and explosion in DC operations,focusing on the risk of personal injury,using the combination number based OWA operator to remove the influence of extreme values,and then applying the work condition hazard assessment method to construct a risk assessment system.Finally,based on practical work analysis,it was confirmed that the results of the risk assessment were consistent with the actual situation on site,and the feasibility of applying this method to the risk assessment of DC operations in converter stations was verified.
