摘 要:氢增压机是重整装置的核心设备。某炼化公司连续重整装置氢增压机往复式压缩机自投用以来,压缩机出口缓冲罐、出口管线振动超标,压缩机运行时气缸和出口相连管线最大振动值分别达到17 mm/s和60 mm/s,压缩机附属管线多次出现断裂氢气泄漏,对压缩机安全运行构成很大风险。为此,针对压缩机振动的问题进行了原因分析,探讨了解决往复式压缩机振动问题的方案和对策。The hydrogen booster is the core equipment of the reforming unit.Since the commissioning of the hydrogen booster reciprocating compressor in a continuous reforming unit of a certain refining company,the vibration of the compressor outlet buffer tank and outlet pipeline has exceeded the standard.During the operation of the compressor,the maximum vibration values of the cylinder and outlet connecting pipeline reached 17 mm/s and 60 mm/s respectively.The auxiliary pipeline of the compressor has repeatedly broken and leaked hydrogen,posing a great risk to the safe operation of the compressor.For this purpose,a cause analysis was conducted on the vibration problem of compressors,and solutions and countermeasures for solving the vibration problem of reciprocating compressors were explored.
