摘  要:针对传统铸造型芯技术存在复杂零件成型速度慢、成型效率较低、缺陷较多且铸造周期较长等问题,分析了快速成型技术和工艺,搭建了快速成型铸造型芯工艺流程,并对工艺效果和传统铸造型芯技术进行了对比。结果表明,快速成型技术通过计算机三维模型与自动造型技术结合,其效率是传统铸造成型效率的3倍以上,有效弥补了传统铸造工艺的不足。通过快速成型得到的铸件质量更高,有助于缩短制造周期,降低生产成本,提升铸造型芯生产效率。此外,该技术还降低了粉尘浓度,减少了粉尘对人体的危害,保证了现场作业人员的职业健康,取得了满意的应用效果。In response to the problems of slow molding speed,low molding efficiency,numerous defects,and long casting cycle in traditional casting core technology,rapid forming technology and process were analyzed.A rapid forming casting core process flow was established,and the process effect was compared with traditional casting core technology.The results show that rapid forming technology,combined with computer 3D modeling and automatic molding technology,has an efficiency more than three times that of traditional casting molding,effectively compensating for the shortcomings of traditional casting processes.The casting quality obtained through rapid forming is higher,which can shorten the manufacturing cycle,reduce production costs,and improve the production efficiency of casting cores.In addition,this technology has also reduced the concentration of dust,reduced the harm of dust to human health,ensured the occupational health of on-site workers,and achieved satisfactory application results.
