摘 要:为降低工作面粉尘浓度,实现粉尘的有效治理,设计采用分段注水+高压喷雾降尘的综合防尘治理技术。应用分段注水技术不仅降低了原始粉尘浓度,且通过在水中添加湿润降尘剂可有效解决亲水性差的问题。经验证,工作面仅采用喷雾降尘技术时,回风侧15 m处总粉尘浓度降尘效率为72.9%,采用综合降尘技术后,同一位置的降尘效率高达90.8%,这表明综合降尘技术效果显著。In order to reduce the dust concentration of the working face and achieve effective dust control,the comprehensive dust control technology of segmented water injection+high-pressure spray is designed.The application of segmented water injection technology not only reduces the original dust concentration,but also effectively solves the problem of poor hydrophilicity by adding wet dust suppressants to water.It is verified that when only spray dust reduction technology is used in the working face,the dust reduction efficiency of the total dust concentration at 15 m from the return air side is 72.9%.After the comprehensive dust reduction technology is used,the dust reduction efficiency at the same location is as high as 90.8%,which indicates that the comprehensive dust reduction technology has significant effect.
