摘 要:为了优化互联电网区间阻尼自动控制效果,保证电力系统运行的稳定性与可靠性,开展了考虑电气特性的互联电网区间阻尼自动控制技术研究。首先,采集互联电网实时数据,进行处理和存储;其次,利用该数据建立一种能描述互联电网电气特性的模型,以获取互联电网的各项电气特性;最后,在考虑电气特性的基础上,采用惯性与阻尼的协调控制策略,实现区间阻尼的自动控制。结果表明,应用所提技术后,电力系统频率偏差最大不超过0.07 Hz,未超出频率偏差要求的范围,能够提高互联电网的稳定性,保证电力系统的可靠运行。In order to optimize the effect of interval damping automatic control of interconnected power grid and ensure the stability and reliability of power system operation,the research on interval damping automatic control technology of Interconnected Power Grid Considering electrical characteristics is carried out.Firstly,the real-time data of interconnected power grid are collected,processed and stored.Secondly,a model that can describe the electrical characteristics of the interconnected power grid is established by using the data to obtain the electrical characteristics of the interconnected power grid.Finally,on the basis of considering the electrical characteristics,the coordinated control strategy of inertia and damping is adopted to realize the automatic control of interval damping.The results show that after the application of the proposed technology,the maximum frequency deviation of the power system is less than 0.07 Hz,which does not exceed the range of frequency deviation requirements,which can improve the stability of the interconnected power grid and ensure the reliable operation of the power system.
