变电站一次拓扑图自动生成方法的研究与实现

摘  要:绝大多数变电站综合自动化监控系统采用工程人员手绘的方式创建变电站一次拓扑图,效率较低且易出错,为此,研究并实现一种基于全站系统配置文件(SCD)生成变电站一次拓扑图的方法。首先,根据电力系统里常见的间隔类型和接线方式创建典型间隔库。然后,通过SCD文件格式和一次设备拓扑识别规则解析SCD文件,将其识别成典型间隔库中的诸个典型间隔及其各自之间的连接关系。最后,根据解析结果绘制变电站一次拓扑矢量图。变电站自动化监控系统通过上述方法实现了一次拓扑图的自动生成,有效提升了一次拓扑图绘制的效率和准确性。The vast majority of substation comprehensive automation monitoring systems use engineering personnel to create a substation primary topology diagram by hand,which is inefficient and prone to errors.Therefore,a method of generating a substation primary topology diagram based on the substation configuration description(SCD)is studied and implemented.Firstly,create a typical bay library based on the common bay types and wiring methods in the power system.Then,by parsing the SCD file format and primary device topology recognition rules,it is identified as various typical bays in the canonical interval library and their respective connection relationships.Finally,based on the analysis results,the primary topology vector diagram of the substation is drawn.Substation automation monitoring system have realized the autogeneration of primary topology diagram based on this approach,which improves the efficiency and accuracy of generating the primary topology diagram effectively.
