摘  要:在煤矿开采中,液压支架的高效、可靠支设能显著提高井下作业的安全性。但考虑到传统手工操作液压支架的方式存在效率低、失误多的问题,易影响工作面的开采效率,为此,以某矿开采为例,研究液压支架电液控制系统方案。首先,提出电液控制系统的整体方案,并分别设计支架控制器和主要电路等硬件部分以及主软件程序、急停和闭锁子程序等软件部分。其次,对设计的液压支架电液控制系统进行应用试验讨论。结果显示,该电液控制系统具有较高的控制精度,能满足矿企的安全生产需要。In coal mining,the efficient and reliable support of hydraulic supports can significantly improve the safety of underground operations.However,considering the traditional manual operation of hydraulic supports,there are problems such as low efficiency and frequent errors,which can easily affect the mining efficiency of the working face.Therefore,this paper will take the mining of a certain mine as an example to study the hydraulic support electro-hydraulic control system scheme.Firstly,propose the overall scheme of the electro-hydraulic control system,and design hardware components such as the bracket controller and main circuit separately,as well as software components such as the main software program,emergency stop and blocking subroutines.Secondly,application experiments were conducted on the designed hydraulic support electrohydraulic control system.The results show that the electro-hydraulic control system has high control accuracy and can meet the safety production needs of mining enterprises.
