摘 要:在化工企业的110 kV变电所中,变压器的安全运行对整个系统的稳定起着至关重要的作用。因此,设计与研究变压器的保护装置尤为重要。简单介绍了变压器保护重要性,分析了启动保护、差动保护及后备保护的智能化变压器保护装置,并以此为基础,分别对变压器保护装置进行了软硬件设计。通过实验测试发现,当采样点为36个时,变压器励磁涌流非常理想,可准确保护变压器相间保护与单相匝间短路故障,有利于提升化工企业电力系统运行的安全稳定性。In the 110 kV substation of chemical enterprises,the safe operation of transformers plays a crucial role in the stability of the entire system.Therefore,designing and researching protective devices for transformers is particularly important.This paper briefly introduces the importance of transformer protection,analyzes the intelligent transformer protection devices for startup protection,differential protection,and backup protection,and based on this,designs the software and hardware of the transformer protection devices separately.Through experimental testing,it was found that when there are 36 sampling points,the excitation inrush current of the transformer is very ideal,which can accurately protect the transformer from phase to phase protection and single-phase turn to turn short circuit faults,and is conducive to improving the safety and stability of the power system operation in chemical enterprises.
