摘 要:以DY8015型带式输送机为例,介绍一种基于有限元分析的煤矿带式输送机驱动滚筒力学分析方法。该方法主要将驱动滚筒材料、规格尺寸、形状等参数录入Ansys有限元分析软件内,由软件自动构建驱动滚筒力学模型,再以此为基础分别对驱动滚筒进行动力学分析与静力学分析,以得到驱动滚筒的力学特性,为驱动滚筒结构的优化设计提供支持。结果表明,有限元分析法具有一定应用价值。Taking DY8015 belt conveyor as an example,a method of driving roller dynamics analysis of coal mine belt conveyor based on finite element analysis is introduced.The method mainly enters the parameters such as drive roller material,specification size and shape into Ansys finite element analysis software,which automatically constructs a mechanical model of the drive roller,and then,based on this,carries out kinetic analysis and static analysis of the drive roller respectively to obtain the mechanical characteristics of the drive roller,which provides support for the optimization of the design of the drive roller structure.Results show that the finite element analysis method has a certain application value.
