摘　　要：农村内置金融合作社模式是一种创新性的农村金融服务组织模式,能充分发挥农村基层组织的治理能力,依托村庄自治互助合作力量带领乡村农户增收致富。然而,其在运行过程中仍然存在内在缺陷与外部约束,以至于其支农功效难以彻底释放出来。通过探究农村内置金融合作社模式内部运作与外部支撑条件上存在的主要问题,针对性地提出内置金融合作社模式优化治理的选择路径,以期对内置金融合作社模式进行优化完善,由此最大化其助农增收功能,实现城乡共同富裕。The rural built-in financial cooperative model is an innovative rural financial service organization model,which can give full play to the governance ability of rural grass-roots organizations and lead rural farmers to increase their income and become rich by relying on the strength of village autonomy and mutual assistance and cooperation.However,there are still internal defects and external constraints in the operation process,so that its agricultural efficiency is difficult to be completely released.In view of this,this study explores the main problems existing in the internal operation and external supporting conditions of the rural built-in financial cooperative model,and puts forward the selection path of optimizing governance of the built-in financial cooperative model,so as to optimize and perfect the built-in financial cooperative model,thus maximizing its function of helping farmers to increase income,and finallyrealizing common prosperity of urban and rural areas.
