摘 要:论文结合雷达装备测试性特点,阐述了评估指标体系构建的基本流程,建立了基于状态性能监测、故障诊断、测试性设计及测试性资源的雷达装备测试性评估指标体系;在此基础上,针对传统层次分析法(AHP)在测试性评估量化时,忽视人为判断的模糊性和一致性检验复杂繁琐的缺陷,运用改进的模糊层次分析法(FAHP)对雷达装备测试性评估指标进行赋权,通过实例分析验证了该方法的可行性。Combining with the testability characteristics of radar equipment,this paper describes the basic process of con⁃structing the evaluation index system,and establishes a radar equipment testability evaluation index system based on state perfor⁃mance monitoring,fault diagnosis,testability design and testability resources.On this basis,aiming at the defects that traditional analytic hierarchy process(AHP)ignores the fuzziness of artificial judgment and the complexity of consistency test when quantify⁃ing testability evaluation,the improved fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP)is used to give weight to the testability evaluation index of radar equipment,and the feasibility of the method is verified by an example analysis.
